Q: There are a number of services offering to help us with Sarbanes-Oxley. Why should we use The Compliance Partners?
A: We think there are three key reasons:
First, in a way we begin where the others end. That is, many services report call information in some way to the audit committee and they are done. Our professional staff reviews the reports and analyzes as appropriate. And, if an Audit Committee is faced with a difficult problem, we offer a variety of hands-on support services.
Second, this is all we do. Some service providers have a core business of handling HIPAA claims, or employee assistance programs and the like, and are attempting to leverage their existing costs with another revenue source.
Third, we offer best practices and comparative reporting that we think is unrivaled.

Q: How do you charge for your services?
A: We charge based on the number of employees, generally between 50cts and a $1 a year per employee in most cases. There are no minimums or additional per minute fees.

A: Our founders are all experienced CFOs and operations executives. We have, unfortunately, witnessed fraud and theft, worked through and resolved some of the most difficult of problems We have extensive management experience in customer contact centers.

A: We generally can be handling employee communications in thirty days or less.

A: TCP services are divided into two categories: contact management and consulting.
Our contact management solutions are intended to address the regulations imposed by section 301 - 4 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), supporting 150 languages. Additionally, we offer consulting services and the resources necessary to support and advise our clients in dealing with issues associated with SOX compliance.
